Both times I went to this place the food was actually pretty good, but the service was very slow, even though it wasn't at all busy. The one time I complained, the Manager was very apologetic about waiting 50 minutes for the food to come out and even comped it, which I did not ask for but very much appreciated. That, however, didn't change the fact that there was no reason for such a delay when there were only a few tables seated about 11:30 AM. Made one final attempt here last night about 8:30 PM, because that's where others in the group wanted to go. Walked in and saw about 7 or 8 people waiting to be seated. Many open tables were in plain view in the dining room, but no hostess anywhere to be seen or found. Waited about 5 minutes behind the people ahead of us, still never saw the hostess, and then we gave up and left. Hey BWW folks..........it really isn't that difficult to seat somebody at a table and then send a server over to wait on them. That should go pretty quickly when many tables are clearly open and available for seating.

The first time to this particular BWW we ordered carry out and it took a long time to get. We gave the benefit of the doubt since it was new. The food was gross: the southwest wrap was ranch soup with bits of chicken and slimy lettuce. The fries were cold and limp. Not my style. We came again with a large party on a Thursday evening and there was no hostess to be found. When one finally came around, she acted put off by our large party even though plenty of tables appeared to be open. We were seated and it took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. A Manhattan from the bar came back carbonated and not at all a Manhattan, so we sent it back and asked for a water instead. A second waitress brought back another non-Manhattan drink which was sent back and proceeded to tell us it was a Manhattan because she pushed the button on a machine. About 45 minutes in, a waitress brought out a tray of food and stood next to us and said "they told me to come over here and I'm not sure what to do!" As we tried to help her disperse the food, we realized it was not in fact ours, but another tables. We then waited another 15-20 minutes for our food. One guest didn't get his food until we asked for our checks. There was one older waitress who was very kind, apologetic and seemed like she was he only one who had a clue what was going on. We won't be back until John Taffert is called into this business and whips the manager into shape!

Service was unbelievably slow and there were very few customers. Wings were nothing to write home about. Probably the only good thing is amount of beers available. Can't see going again.

I've probably been here a half a dozen times already since I work nearby. Food is good as always. But wait times are atrocious. I was in on Saturday which yes it was busy but there we TONS of empty tables (i counted at least 6 in the dinning area and probably as many or more in the bar area) but a 15 minute wait time?! That's crap. Ordered and it took 30 mins to get my order!! I didn't even have time to eat it before I had to clock back in for work. I know it's a new restaurant so I'm trying hard to give them the benefit of the doubt, but in my experience, businesses are great when they first open as everyone is excited, but then they don't get better. They get worse. So I'm cautiously hopeful, but only time will tell.

We waited more than a month since this opened because it takes time for a new business to get rolling. Visit one, food was ok but service was slow. Visit 2 the food ordered by all 3 of us was so over cooked the burgers had crispy edge. The server offered to re do order but we needed to make an appointment so we paid and left. Not hearing good things about service and wait time on food. Slow slow slow. Sorry probably will think twice before going back.

Ehh. Not too impressed. The wings are dry, the wait time is ridiculous, and the food is mediocre at best. The environment is the same as any other BWW's any where ever. If you don't mind rubbing elbows with the next table over and you like to shout your conversation, then stop on by...and be prepared to wait - to be noticed, for your drinks, for your appetizers, and for your food. Not your ticket though, that came pretty quickly.

the night the chicago blackhawks won the 2015 stanley cup, we received good food and service. another guest puked on someone in my 3 person party and we were still charged 100% of the bill
